Privacy notice
How Technology Guild handles the information you send us.
Last updated 15 October 2026
What we collect
- From the contact form: your name, email address and message, plus any organization, timing, deadline, call availability or budget tolerance you choose to provide, with the date and time you sent it.
- From email to [email protected]: the message, its headers and any attachments.
- Copies of the replies we send.
The public site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers. The private mail inbox uses a necessary session cookie to keep authorized users signed in for up to eight hours.
How we use it
Only to read and answer your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t sell it or share it for anyone else’s purposes.
Where it is kept
On a server we rent from exe.dev (Bold Software, Inc.). Incoming email to [email protected] passes through exe.dev’s email service. Replies approved by Guild may use AgentMail, which processes the recipient address and reply content to deliver them. exe.dev’s network carries all traffic to guild.exe.xyz; exe.dev may record technical data such as IP addresses under its own privacy notice. Only the people at Technology Guild who answer enquiries can open our inbox, and they must sign in.
Automated intake
We use OpenAI through our exe.dev LLM integration to check whether an enquiry needs clarification. We send a limited excerpt of your message and any engagement context, without adding your name, email address, raw email headers or attachments. Information you include in the message itself may appear in that excerpt, so please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information. The system suggests private review flags, published Guild resources and up to three follow-up questions. A person at Guild reviews the enquiry and approves any outgoing response. Submitting the form does not trigger an automatic reply.
Preventing abuse
To limit repeated submissions, the server counts form messages using a one-way code derived from your network address. The code is held in memory only; it is never stored or linked to your message. Messages that look automated are kept apart as spam.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
Changes
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and the date above.
